06 full size rear heater pipes?

A rock or debris took out a plastic pipe behind the transfer case. I can't tell what part goes where and it feels like a T broke off. Does any one have a pic of the way it is supposed to be so I can modify it or find some universal piece to get me home. I will investigate more tomorrow when it is light. Also what is the ID of the heater hoses back there?

Looks like a tee fitting broke but I can't find what it hooks to. One tee fitting is ok, I can't tell by the parts diagram.

I broke mine on my 2001, not sure what size but I found a brass one at home depot. This pic is from my 2003, it may be a good spare to carry

Awesome thanks. Found one to get me home at a ranch store. The hose off the tee was deflected waaaay back.
