I feel accomplished. National Luna dual battery system and sPod installed in one day. They've only been sitting on my shelf for 8 months but who's counting. I guess now I don't have an excuse to keep putting off installing my light bar.

It's not the prettiest install but I'm just stoked they both work :)

Would you mind commenting on the effectiveness of your bumper-mounted lights? I see these cubes installed all the time and wonder how the beam spread works for you? Would you post some night time shots???

Well I'm reviving this thread since the truck is getting ready to go through some more changes and I'm going to have questions.

Not much has changed from 2018 until now. We relocated from the Southwest desert to the east coast a couple years ago so I'm now learning how to deal with rust. Yay...

I have an aux battery question for all you smart people. I'm currently running the National Luna dual battery system but have upgraded my aux battery to one that I want to relocate to the bed due to size and future hardware considerations. I'm thinking that this system might have to be upgraded because I want to add the ability to use solar and shore power. Am I off base with this assumption?

Electrical stuff has never been my forte so please excuse any stupidly basic questions I may ask.

Currently starting my build on my 03 Tundra. Do you have any current pics of your truck? I am using some of your ideas on my build and looking for inspiration.

I don't know if I'd say these are exactly current but nothing has changed other than peeling clear coat and some visible surface rust on stuff.

Here is the list of upcoming items that I plan to do this spring/summer to get the truck back to a state that I want it in:
• Replace uniballs & bushings in UCAs
• Replace LCAs
• Replace CV Axels
• Replace exhaust system
• Replace center support bearing
• Install rear shock relocation
• Replace rear shocks
• Refresh leaf spring packs
• Rebuild front shocks
• Roll entire truck in Monstaliner
• Move aux battery back to the bed
• Rust remediation

This is all in addition to the standard fluids & tire rotations of course.
