I keep it in the vehicle, in the back. It doesn't throw that much heat, but it keeps the unit out of the dust and elements, which I expect to increase it's usable life.
When it's not going adventuring, my fridge (ARB50) is happy on the enclosed porch keeping my adult beverages cold and handy.
Yes - he's my uncle! He's still in town, as is a lot of family.
Trailer is light and pulls great - it's nice that it can be maneuvered around by hand (loaded!) at a campsite if need be.
I would like to keep it, but the wife doesn't like it in the yard.

Sorry everyone - got stuck in Florida with a bunch of weather events in the NE corridor. Back now. I replied to all PMs.
Tailgater is sold pending funds, with a couple folks in backup.
I recently did a return-to-stock on my 2015 JKUR and traded it for a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, so most of this stuff won't fit anyway.

While not in a mitsu, but I installed an EZ Locker (rear diff only - front was left open) in my 1997 Jeep Wrangler by myself - took about 1.5 hours to do start-to-finish and made a HUGE difference in performance off road.

They should all be waterproof - they are tents, and tentage needs periodic re-treatment of seams, but the fabric should shed water just fine. I've never seen a RTT that requires a rain fly.
great idea! BTW - rub a candle on the rails for smooth drawer sliding. Pro-tip from someone who lives in an old house with occasionally sticky wooden doors :-)
