I lost about 3 mpg. Pre-camper I had a RTT that was nearly flush with the cab and averaged 15.5 mpg on a 4500 mile road trip over mixed roads, lots of Hwy too. I average about 12.8 now with the camper: 2k-7k elevation, 73-79 mph Interstate speeds.

@highdesertlandworks , with the sleeping bed stowed, the entire truck bed is available, 4 chairs could probably fit in there. The sleeping bed is 67"x84". Almost California-King sized. But, I'm a tall guy, so everything was made to fit!

It is a screw-in ball mount. It provides the base for attachment of the adjustment arm. I used the suction mount on the windshield for the inReach, and a screw-in RAM mount for the tablet/cradle/arm mounted to my center console. Thanks for your interest!

Price sounds good. But, I'd swap thirds, and keep the 4.88's, unless a new carrier (ARB/Detroit/etc) is on your radar. Then, sell the 4.10 thirds/housings separately. That may expand your market a bit.

While I did not read through the entire thread, here is the perspective from another 5'22" guy; the 58x96" floor plans will fit you fine, even if you sleep with a partner. My 5'10" wife and I fit comfortably with lots of room. I owned a Tuff Stuff brand tent FWIW.

Unless it has a large hole in the roof, that sounds like s good deal. Here in the SW, that would be a $6500 truck, likely much more. Even if it were a salvage title, it still seems like a good price.

Keen Waimeas. You won't get 5 years of daily use, but the toe bumper is oh so nice. Mine last 2-3years, but I weigh 235#.
