    Servicing Your Fridge Freezer

My Engel MT45 failed to cool after being in storage for 5 months. On a long shot I took a drive on some FS roads in case the freon was locked up in the system. It worked like a champ and in back to running great. It would be nice to have a source for on hand Engel parts in the USA.

    Norcold fridge mod

This fridge is a really an Engel mt45. I could’nt find any of the small hanging baskets to help organize the fridge. I went to a container store with the main basket and just trying to find a solution. I think it turned out great.

    Vagabond Outdoors Drifter

Having to pay state tax and then being expected to drive to Cali for "delivery" is also mental. I was told that some customers shipped their trucks to Cali and flew out to drive home. Shipping the camper seems the easier solution. The tax and travel cost exceeded projected freight shipping costs

    extrusions

Thanks Alldownhill... I'm in Co. Springs. Zyltek seem really limited on the 30mm hardware and they didn't have enough stock for my build as of this morning. Bummer...there have good prices and free shipping possibilities. Maybe we will run into one another on the trails.

    extrusions

Thanks for the reply plh! Do think the deflection and strength over 72" is good for a bunk that needs to support 200lbs of old man? I will have 3 - 4 vertical supports over the span.

    extrusions

Hello, I'm getting ready to build cabinets in my truck camper. I am looking at aluminum T-Slot extrusions akin to the 80/80. I have found 1", 1 1/2", 20mm and 30mm sizes and am wondering what other are using for their builds. Thanks in advance!, John

Finally, a great adhesive for DIY and Professional use!

Can this be used to bond aluminum to aluminum? Is it strong enough for an off-road trailer at highway speeds?

    OVRLND camper topper

I agree with the simple step up and in. If the door frame is kept outward of the wheel wells then you can still haul 4x8 sheets of plywood, as mentioned on barn door posts in various forums.
