If you are sure the door hinge/rollers are ok I think you can adjust it a bit on both upper and lower front hinges. A had one of my sliding doors of a couple of years ago when fixing some rust and needed to adjust it when it all get together

Yepp, they are 225/70-15 :) You can crank up the torsion bars in front (remember to cut down stop rubber) and fabricate a spacer for rear coil springs, that will help some with the ground clearance. Biggest problems with tires is load index, I haven't found some A/T or M/T tires yet with enough...

Hi. All these have 195/70-15 as standard, both 2 and 4wd vans. I use 16" rims from a older Hiace 4wd (1989-1995) on my winter tires, 215/65-16. The old, smaller HiAce had selectable 4wd, 2speed transfer and 195/75-15 (I think?) The old one also used same front/rear diff as a HiLux pickup so...
