As a guy that has built lots of panels, I will say the learning curve for making them strong, light and inexpensively is pretty tough. I generally advise new builders that in the end, you will save money buying pre-fab.

Trimlok, uni-grip, Steele-rubber. most of these are sold on Amazon as well which sometimes has better deals on small quantities (a lot of this stuff is only sold in 250 lineal feet or greater)

e350/450 frames are pretty stiff, but youd need to do either a big poly bushing or spring mounts. Particularly for with a TC BOX, they wont tolerate being torqued continuously. For that set up, you'd really need a subframe that allows for flex.

It’s a molded unit. I used the seat as a mold and built a fiberglass cup that fit it, then built the platform on that. So it is very stable.
