Anyone here right angle'd their Partner Steel Stove gas input?

Anyone ever solve this issue? I really need a lower profile connection to the cook partner stove I just got. The 16" stove is larger than I expected.

    Installing a side case on a LR3/4

You may want to consider steel if you are going to replace the glass and weld in panels. The body is steel, so I doubt you want to mix with aluminum. Interesting idea though.

Improving the Tactical Rovers rear bumper and Swing Outs for LR3 and LR4

I ordered a new latch. I think I have my bearings set in just the right spot that when I have the two jerry cans even half full, the weight of them keeps them 'sticky' on the little pad thing so I don't have to hold onto them. But also not set so low that I have to lift them up when closing...

LR3/LR4 REQUIRED UPGRADE: Prevent Rear Door Failure for ~$25

The LRP kit is pretty nice. Comes with everything you need, the bracket and wire with the connector. I am able to use the lever even with the front runner drawers in place. Just enough room between the face of the drawers and the latch to pull it.

Improving the Tactical Rovers rear bumper and Swing Outs for LR3 and LR4

very nice. I must have an even older version because my latch isn't even that nice. It has a little u shaped pin to keep it secure. I wonder If i could upgrade that. My struts don't seem overkill, i don't know what rating they are, but off road on camber I am glad they are strong.

    LR3 Lower Control Arm Kits

Update on the Meyle HD. They seem perfect. Soft, no noticeable difference between OE and these. I am guessing they will last considerably longer.

    LR4 fridge placement

I just run the wire down the A pillar trim into the cowl and into the aux battery box where I have the charge controller next to the battery. I didn't take the trim off, just snaked it through (you can take the bulky plastic connector off). I used a little 3M VHB tape up at the top to keep the...

    LR3 Lower Control Arm Kits

I just got some of the Meyle HD arms. They look really nice. I am hoping the solid, but rubber, bushes will be comfy but more sturdy. Otherwise my plan would just be OEM. I got nearly 80k miles out of my original set even though it is used off road. I think the only reason they have lasted...

Onboard Spare parts when off-roading/overlanding with an LR4 / Discovery 4

They don't seem to respond to email inquiries. Would be interested in a light aluminum version made in the states.

    SYA Kit Limiting Straps Binding

Lucky 8 does have HD axels/cv shafts. But I don't know how they compare exactly to the stock ones. Anytime I email them for technical or detail questions I get one sentence basic responses. If I could get Atlantic British answers we might know more.

Onboard Spare parts when off-roading/overlanding with an LR4 / Discovery 4

You have seen this 3 times? I haven't heard of this before at all and I can't really find any reference of this happening anywhere online. (not that this means much, i know people don't go posting every time a failure happens). Do you think it is worth the unsprung weight adding brackets...

    Discovery 3 (LR3) and Discovery 4 (LR4) Registry

Keep in mind that ARB doesn't know what their own bullbars fit on. I put the ARB Summit on my 2013 LR4 with zero issues and they say it only works for the facelifted 2014+ LR4. I'd guess it would work on an LR3 also since I don't think the mount points changed. I may as well post some images...

Nomadic 270 degree awning. Freestander for about $800

Seems like it is similar to the 23 Zero, but a few things I noticed (I have the 23 Zero 270). The hinges look different. 23 Zero has steel parts that hook into the aluminum load bars with a steel pin. The nomadic looks to be aluminum welded to aluminum load bars (the bars look very similar)...

Looking for a comparison of 270 awnings

Ya, I ended up with the 23 Zero, but only because of the 5 arm design vs 6 arm... because of my rear upper tailgate interference with the arms. My tailgate ladder still pushes the one arm up a little with the 23 zero. More coverage in the rear would be nice, but I think it still gives enough...

    New 270 Awning available.

I have to crank the arm on the back up a bit to make the ladder clear, but it does. I don't have to push too hard on the arm. Kinda worries me anyway. It seems really strong but it has some flex to it. I moved the whole thing forward a little to make it better, but I don't want to go too...

    New 270 Awning available.

I just installed a 23 Zero 270 on my LR4. The rear bar that should be parallel with the back of the vehicle isn't quite parallel, and it does hit my ladder a little. Raises the bar up about an inch. I have it mounted as high up as I can with the brackets that came with it. My tailgate opens...

    New 270 Awning available.

I have been on the hunt for a 270 degree awning for a long time. I appreciate all the info and pictures in this thread. I think one of the big topics for awnings that I haven't seen discussed here is the rear upper tailgate and clearance for them. 4 runners, Land Rover LR3/LR4 and many other...

RR/LR3/4 EAS Front and Rear Valve Block Rebuild with Pictures!

I was told by Lucky8 that the AMK compressors are not rebuildable. Which sucks. I just bought a new rear valve block due to even rear sag (75k miles). It had a ton of dirt in it. I was really have a tough time trying to put the two parts together that rotate with new orings. The o-ring kit...
