well there is some room for improvement when it comes to GPS and Nav on the mac platform there are options and there will continue to be more as time progresses. So that being said I say switch everything over to the mac and don't look back! here are some gps options for the mac...

I'm actually getting one myself to pull behind my toyota and the wife forester. The main thing that I'm going to do is put a piece of plywood down for the floor as the one's we have are just galvanized sheet that will get banged up.
