    Fire extinguishers

I use a Kidde #466620 foam extinguisher (rated 8A:70B), Not as cool as the coldfire units, it's not easily rechargeable.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Spent two weeks in Ouray and hitting the trails. This was while waiting for the water fights on the 4th

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Finally has some warm weather as well and time. Put some rebel offroad rotopax mounts on the swingout. Welded in 1/2" bungs so I could remove the mounts when I wasn't using them. Have a spidertrax spacer on order, the spare hits the gas cans.

    12 Rubicon vs 14 Rubicon

Mine is a '12 with 4.10s and 34s. Mine has a lot of weight on it, bumpers, winch, etc. Loaded with gear and a headwind pushes the limits on the 410s. It needs to go up a step to keep in OD on slight inclines with a headwind. Flat ground, loaded with gear its fine. I'd get the newer model...

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Installed some EVO rear shock relocation brackets/skids. With the lift and the shocks, I had 7" up and 4" down. The relocation brackets moved me up 1.5". Now I have 5.5 down and 5.5 up.

Added some 285/75 KM2s. Little firmer ride, will play with the air pressure a little bit.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Put in a set of Hella H4s, tied the bright lights trigger into my LED light bar harness and swapped out SPST switch for a DPDT so I can have manual on or only on with the brights. Replaced the old battery with a DieHard P5 battery. The OEM was starting to die after only a few hours of...

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Lousy pic, it's been raining all weekend. Put a 2.5" lift on Sunday. Frankenlift. RK triple rate springs, brake lines, links, and trackbars, MC front lowers. Got 3" in the front. Have an AEV bumper and a 12K winch on front. Hoping the springs will settle.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Regency Bridge. Thats a cool route. Did it a few years back with a group. I got the excursion weighed just to be on the safe side. I was clocking in at around 9300lbs. The bridge was bowing a little as I went over.

Inverter install in a JK Unilimted.

Throw in voltage drop and 15ft of #2 is spot on. You'll be under 3%. I have a 700W inverter in the tailgate. But it connects to a load center in the back to keep the feeder size to the inverter minimal. I've got #2/0 going from the disconnect switch under the hood back to the rear winch...

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

I bought mine last year in June. He must have updated the ends by extending them out to lock in the cutting board.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

My cutting board would slide out on sharp right turns, hitting the tailgate. Now there are switches for it to hit, so it doesn't make it all the way to the sheet metal. The cutting board fits loose.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

One thing I would suggest is to have a slide stop on the end of the cutting board. I took one side of a chain link and made a stop. The cutting board will slide out and hit the tailgate, eventually putting a small dent in the thin gauge steel. Crappy cell phone pic, but you should be able to...

Made the Leap - 2012 AEV Built JK Unlimited Rubicon

Not sure why you would take it off. I did mine in about 30mins with the top on. You just press and hold for a few seconds for the tape to adhere. They made it through 100+ degree days without falling. No cleaning the top with acetone either. Just stuck em up on there. The jeep only had...
