    Why I don't like BMW's.

:wavey::waves: Being from a small South Georgia town I was brought up waving all the time and that was just riding around in the car. It was like saying "yes ma'am" and "yes sir" or holding the door for a lady, its just being good and nice so thats why I like waving! It also kind of counters the...

    Little guy 5'

Bill, Do you think there is enough room and strength on the tongue to mount a Dirt bike carrier and a small bike or scooter? I have been looking at the little guys online lately. Thanks, Dave

Recaps, re-treads or what ever you call them for a JKU

HAFICON, I guess the mega weight balance must be a normal occurrence with Treadwrights. My experience balancing them looked the same.

Recaps, re-treads or what ever you call them for a JKU

I was really impressed with my first set of recaps on my jeep. I did a lot of hard miles in them, on and off road. The second set not so much. My local tire shop can overcome and resolve problems in the same day. I don't think mail order tire shopping is for me. Its to much hassle when thing do...

Recaps, re-treads or what ever you call them for a JKU

Mine were 285R70/17s Wardens on Toyo cores. After contacting Treadwright about the problem, they sent a new set tires but the wrong size. I didn't find this out until the tire shop I was using unwrapped them and called me. That was just to much work for a set of tires. I called my adventure...

Recaps, re-treads or what ever you call them for a JKU

My last set took over a pound of weight on each wheel to balance out. I have 4 almost new ones with less than a thousand miles I will give to a forum member who wants them! My loss, your loss :ylsmoke:

Recaps, re-treads or what ever you call them for a JKU

My first set of Treadwrights worked out great with about 40k on them. My second set from the new Treadwright in Texas were terrible! If anyone is near me you can come pick them up. They would be great for a hunting "woods only truck" or to set on fire in a riot. They are 285R70'17 Wardens. No...

Anyone going to Overland Expo East from FL or GA?

I am still pretty loose on my details, My back up plan is to ride my bike if the wife is unable to attend. I will let you know as my plans firm up. I usually travel about 65 or 70 on the interstate also. It would be fun to convoy!
