I did a video that explains exactly what I did to achieve a lift using the above method and no it doesn't mean just adjusting calibrations with a GAP tool.
I would not suggest this method unless you completely understand the EAS AND have a GAP tool or similar that can adjust EAS...
I know this will probably rub a few the wrong way but we have mounted Jeep Bumpers on both my girlfriends LR as well as mine. Why would anyone do this? Let me lay out our reasons.

Got it in this state for 2700.00. Had 150k miles on it with a check engine light. Changed an ignition coil and all is good.
