I bought & have since modified a Front Runner rack for my P38, but the rails that came with it couldn't be adapted to work on P38. They are <2 years old, powder coat is 95% (happy to rattle can it to 100% if you wish as FR powder-coat is the worst powder coat I've seen). So they are available...

I've had two. One was a basket case that went into superlock within a week of buying it, and I could never get it going again. That was a PITA and the guy who took it off my hands basically had to drop the driveshafts just to get it out of the driveway. I thought I knew what I was getting...
