    Considering Suburban over smaller 4x4.. your experience?

    I own a 1998 K1500 with a 5.7l vortec, on 33's with about 215,000 miles. It works for most terrains, is very reliable. Ive only ever had to replace the coolant tees/ wyes with brass after the plastic pieces failed. Keep it maintained and they perform great. Im 6'4" and comfortably sleep in it...

    Here's mine... I just acquired this gem of a rig... 1998 GMC Suburban SLT K1500 5.7 Vortec. All options including leather heated seats, front and rear heate and ac. Everything works great!! Have big plans for it!

    Been drawing up a design and future look of my pick up. What do you all think?? The Gray tank would be for the propane after the dual fuel conversion.

    Nice! I'd love to stuff some ARB's into mine. The 5.2 is a great motor, albeit gutless. Mine had 215, 000 on it when It got pulled, and it started right up in -10 degree weather! The 5.9, on the other hand, has slightly more power. :ylsmoke:

    Thats a shame to see a ramcharger like that, but his 93 is awesome! If I didnt need a 3/4 ton, I would probably be in a ramcharger. Did it have 3/4 ton axles? 5.2L or 5.9L?
