Does a GX have a lot more interior room than a 4Runner?

Did you make to the hot springs? I was wondering if that is doable in a Subaru.

Anyone know a good place in LA or O.C. with experience tricking out a Lexus GX for overlanding? My usual place mostly works on Jeeps or Ford trucks.
