For those that carry Guns and Overlanding

I am asking you because earlier in this very thread you advised us all that "untrained" people are NOT permitted to buy firearms in Canada. In America we have this thing called The Constitution. It's a document that was written in the early days of our country's formation. That document was...

Hemifoot: Are untrained people permitted to vote? Are untrained people permitted to read the internet? Are untrained people permitted to a jury of their peers? The list goes on....

    These miles cant be right

There can be many reasons for low mileage. When I was in the military, there were times I could not drive my vehicles for months at a time. Once I was stationed overseas for a year and left my truck in the states in storage.

New spare tire bag final testing!

Looks very secure and rugged. Are you a former/current rigger? We had similar bags for securing gear during HALO jumps.

For those that carry Guns and Overlanding

Lamestream media and Libs/Leftists/Dems/Progressives/Socialists opine that the 2A is not an individual right and that courts have not supported that opinion via adjudication. Lets have a quick look at some examples of those cases from the past 200 years. It is plain to me (I’m no lawyer) what...

For those that carry Guns and Overlanding

Why should any American get training in order to exercise a right guaranteed under the Constitution? Does anyone have to get training to exercise their 1st Amendment rights? How about getting a license to practice a religion? See what I mean?

    "Get the lead out"

This. The directive is irresponsible and driven not out of sound science but unchecked politics.

    Socks

I mirror your post, being a long-time SmartWool user. Last November for hunting season I used the Darn Tough Hunter sock with extra cushioning. They were awesome. Can't comment on the longevity yet...

    Wiggy's Sleeping Bags

I used the Wiggy's system in the military also. Basic, tough, quality, and reliable. I must admit it is not light. Still have the one issued to me in the early 90s.

    Electric Bike And Drone

The US military tested the concept when I was in AFG in the early 2000s. The fixed wing drone used was the Raven IIRC. Here's some background: https://www.electricbike.com/tidal-force/

Using an AR15 type rifle for hunting

I've used AR-type rifles in 223 and 308 for hunting for over 20 years. Reason I like it is that I carried the AR platform in the military and know it extensively. Is it as accurate as a bolt action? No. Is it close? Yes. I use a variable 1-8X red dot type scope on both the 223 and 308. For...

    Canadians... What's it really like?

Agree with your point 100%. We recently learned that medical errors are now the third leading cause of deaths in America. I say we ban medical errors. Better yet, ban all medical care -- that way nobody can die prematurely from an error (sarc). Researchers: Medical errors now third leading...
