I think you are missing the point, that we have both built hard wire cables to battery and the fridge is non-responsive, and only runs on AC. Currently looking for a solution to fix the DC input

Any update on this, I was just on a 10 day trip in the desert and mine stopped 2nd day out with my 63L that is just over 3 years old. No lights on DC, the fuse in the plug is fine, rewired the plug and it's putting out 13.3 volt from my 155 AmpHr AGM battery directly with a 15amp fuse. But...

does this have fuel guage compatibility? and fuel pump? what else is needed to mount?

So I picked up my flippac in Riverside 2 days ago, and had a very pleasant experience, and thanks to all the suggestions on this thread. I did buy the side plastic replacements. Wish they didn't have holes in them (the long bed versions don't have holes) as this might be an ingress for water...

Yes when I just orderd my Flip-pac I had the side windows deleted and they offer a thicker layer of fiberglass where the windows would be only. They also added a plate in the passenger front corner where I will mount 1-2 holes for either shower/power and will show me where the re-inforced areas...

I ran KM2's and they weren't very balance friendly and the 255/85/16 is actually smaller than 33" when measured. I sold them and got Toyo MT in 255/85/16 which are almost 33.5" tall. They have held up much better than the KM2's. I would consider the Cooper SST Maxx's also but the Toyo will cut...

Based on people install onto the rails of a Tacoma, I have found someone that makes metal top panels to replace the plastic ones and in the process it makes all sides level. I was considering these before i pickup my Flip-pac in July. Any pro/cons in doing something like this? and should I try...
