Welp, the new owner takes possession of this trailer tomorrow! I'm gonna miss it but I can tell it's going to a good home. He's already got a lot of plans for it! Before I deliver it I finished up the back door for him. Thought I'd post up the pics. Primer on the frame Latch Hinges on...

My DIY solution to the UEV 440

No problem, I hope it helps you out. I am planning on doing the exact same thing; a scale model. I watched a guy building a tiny house do that to his and it worked great for him. He was able to see layouts and move things around etc, and gives a great sense of what it will REALLY look like...

My DIY solution to the UEV 440

All good questions! I haven't forgot about ya, I will try and get out this weekend and get those measurements. I have considered the Timbrens but I read a post from someone (sorry, can't recall the name) that put them on his rig and didn't like the ride and that is exactly why I didn't try...

Question on Battery placement for my trailer.

Old-man has a point on hydrogen gas and spark; however, it is lighter than helium, so you would practically have to do something to cause a spark inside the box with the lid closed in order to be that much of an issue. It also dissolves very fast. Literally as soon as you open the lid the...

Saw this on Ebay, anyone familiar with the manufacturer

WOW!!! You are saying that this design has potential for a lot of wasted space??? I can tell ya right now that little bevel in there won't make that big of difference at all. From what we are shown in pictures this looks like a good trailer to start a build with.

Help me determine value on this 16' featherlite 4926 please?

Most trailers that size where I live are going from 3-5K depending on condition. From the pics this one don't look that bad...so I would say about 3000-4000K??
