Help me understand: How does a fridge not drain away your battery?

I have a dual battery setup now but when we first got our ARB 50 I could go two days of the truck sitting and still start our '10 FJ Cruiser. We went 2 1/2 days once (Texas Summer) and I couldn't start the truck (prior to the dual battery). My battery is and has been a group 31. The 2 1/2 day...

    Other dual battery controllers

I'm open to other options... For $$ reasons, just not wanting to replace the National Luna setup. I'm not sure it would keep the main battery above 13.1 volts to keep the solenoid engaged, especially since the house battery is the one with constant loads. I'm only guessing but once say...

    Other dual battery controllers

I have the National Luna battery manager (https://www.nationalluna.com/product/battery-manager-diy-kit). I'm not sure running the SunSaver 10 to the start battery would keep the voltage high enough to keep the isolator connected....

    Other dual battery controllers

Are there any other dual battery controllers out there besides the SunSaver Duo? I've been running (5+ years I think) the SunSaver 10 on the house battery and now I'd like to add the starting battery as our rig is no longer a daily driver. It'll only have a 100w panel.

    Off Road Camp Trailer Build

Off-Road is/can be very hard on things and the last thing you want is something to break in the middle of nowhere. Just my two cents. ;-)

    Swing-Out Trash Bags

We never wash our Trasharoo either. As Chris21700 suggests it might add to it's life expectancy bit I doubt it. At least in my case anyway. The sun has about killed the buckles and upper elastic straps on ours. They're getting pretty brittle and I don't expect them to last much longer. The...
