    Pajero gen2 front lokka

The 2.5 early gen2 comes the small 7.25 diff, the 3.5 has the bigger 8inch front, according to lokka part no won't fit I'm afraid. Though some 7.25 come with the same spline count as the bigger 8 inch, i don't know if the shaft size is the same or if the lokka will fit the inside the smaller...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

I'll start tomorrow building mine as well I'll do the rear first then move up front, allready ordered the ball joint spacers, you gonna have at least two builds as a reference. Mine is a gen 1 and swapping gen2 drivetrain over, hope to get it sorted in a few weekends!

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

The only self proclaimed IEoE here is the guy who jumped to say he is an expert on the subject and somehow I have to take it at face value, while no one asked him of his credentials, if you are done with ******** swinging just offer something usefull to the discussion instead of playing the expert...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Not much, but I trust my milliken and gillespie textbooks much more than a random dude on the net. If in doubt I go and check. But can you elaborate on the matter, as to why? My thought is that as the upper arm sits higher at the steering knuckle and no longer in parallel with lca, the...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Depends where it sits on ride height and if you use spacer with the fliped joint. It's specific on the build I guess.

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Well, it does affect wheel geometry, it gives you more neg camber when compressed and messes up the factory wheel alignement settings, not sure if it’s for the better or not, you need to take a better look at the specific wheel system. And adjust it accordingly, if possible. I'm a solid axle guy...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Better ride when you crank up the torsion bars as it allows more down travel, slightly better articulation but It doesn’t lift the vechicle, you can keep the stock ride height and still flip the ball joint. Cv's can last if you don't go crazy on big tires and heavy on the throttle. tie rods as...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Thinking of starting a build thread on my gen1, as I'm getting a conversion from a gen2 with rear lockers and 5.285 ratios. But definently will let you know. The reason many don't agree with the ball joint flip is because the joint is no longer secured in the uca if you do the flip. If by any...

Gen 2/2.5 Pajero/Montero Front Ball Joint Flip - Good or bad?

Well, I'm planing doing mine and adding a spacer as well, appart from disrupting geometry on full compression I don't see any issue as long as you can get the ride height alignement within reasonable numbers

    Pajero gen2 front lokka

As long as I can get one I don't care about their webpage being shite or if they take some time to respond, or ever. Just asking if there's a dealer or anyone that can help find one in case they are still made.
