Without talking I can see that their own FX box spec says 77.25" headroom, that's 1.96m. Your 1.9m just seriously limits the target audience, both new and resale.

@Victorian I hope that at this point you do supply EC with higher boxes (I'd like to see 2m inner height) at least as an option that doesn't incur "custom" pricing and associated wait time. You really should.
