    SuperSprings

yeah, I may just have to "get used to it", I do have great shocks installed as well - 3.0 king shocks tuned for the weight. I am for sure nitpicking on the ride a bit, but always curious if those supersprings would help

    SuperSprings

I find running the airbags helps a ton keeping the truck stable overall. When I get down around 5 psi the corners become very unstable even with the aftermarket sway bar.

    SuperSprings

I have tried all psi's on the air bags, but I have settled on 26 psi being the best, but I have gone from 0 up to 154. They are plumbed through a air compressor so I can change them on the fly going down the road with the remote that firestone provides. I can also change each side individually.

Hi everyone, I have a 2021, Ram 3500, diesel, single wheel, leaf springs, stock suspension, with a 3,000 wet weight slide in truck camper. I do have aftermarket firestone air bags installed along with a aftermarket sway bar. I am nit picking a bit, but I find the firestone air bags a bit...

Rear sway bar who's using them?

I have 2021 Ram 3500 with the 6.7 with Airbags, Stable Loads, and tuned for the truck camper weight 3.0 King Shocks. I installed a RoadMasters Rear Sway bar 2 months ago, and boy is that thing amazing. I am super sensitive to play in the steering wheel coming from all the truck camper weight...

Wheel Studs upgrade for bigger wheels and maxed payload?

Hi everyone, I have a 2021, Ram 3500, diesel, single wheel, leaf springs, stock suspension, with a 3,000 wet weight truck camper. When fully loaded I am maxed out on payload. But I am also running 37's, so I am wondering if I should upgrade the Wheel Studs from factory to something...

    Truck Weight and Tire Limit

This has been on my mind for a while now, so I figured I would check in with you all and see which thinking is correct… Weight Breakdown Truck Weighs 7,500 Wet Truck Camper Weighs – 2,400 Total Weight – 9,900 Then very rough break down… Front Weighs – 3750 Rear Weighs – 3750 + 2400 = 6150...

    Tire Trusting

Hi everyone, I found two companies who make a 37 x 12.5 Load E tire for a 17 inch wheel. This combination is very hard to find. Usually you have to go with a 13.50 or 18 inch wheel to get Load E. Company 1 - Is a decent sized company named Greenball who has been around over 40 years and...

37s and Sway Bar Rubbing – Thoughts?

Thank you everyone for the replies. I got the truck out into the mountains this weekend and came back with the feeling that all is good. Not once did I have a hard time turning on the switchbacks or tight turn around spots. Knowing that the rub will happen at full lock, I would simply just...

37s and Sway Bar Rubbing – Thoughts?

Hi everyone, I have a… 2021, Ram 3500, diesel, single wheel, leaf springs, stock suspension, with a 2,500 wet weight slide into the bed fourwheel pop up style camper. At times, with the camper on, I haul a rented boat or a jeep behind as well. I love big tires :), so I decided to put the...

    Truck Bed Size?

Sorry for the delay. I ended up going with a Ram 3500 with a 6.4' bed and then a 8ft hallmark slide in camper. I talked with hallmark a lot and they said no problem at all having the camper overhang off the back. So I am hoping this will give the best of both worlds. The truck has been...

I have a single wheel, ram 3500, with a 2,500 wet weight hallmark pop up and would like to go with 37 inch tires (already have leveling kit). Very Windy Wyoming paved roads (gusty winds so stability is always good) and miles and miles of forest service roads with washboard (more cushion can be...

    Wheel Size - 17,18,20?

I have a single wheel, ram 3500, with a 2,500 wet weight hallmark pop up and would like to go with 37 inch tires (already have leveling kit). CJC Offroad has great advice and they like to go with 17 inch wheels, but I wonder if going with a smaller rim would be that good of an idea, since there...

8 ft popup camper on a 6.4 ft bed

Thank you! I liked hearing this >> The truck handles the weight without a problem Stock springs, no rear sway bar. I'll start today, diving in more on which campers keep the COG toward the front by having the battery and water tank low and forward.
