I have Tacoma and it can get overloaded very fast, has a 1,200. payload. I believe putting anything more than a shell with camping gear on these trucks is overloading them. You can put thousands of dollars into suspension to hold camper but your still putting a lot of weight on the drivetrain...
Access mfg makes the Tradesman in NorCal out of aluminum too and will do overhead or whatever you want! Have seen one in person and looked very nice but you will pay at least $3k. they have lots of examples on their website
Does not belong to me but thought someone might like to check it out. It's in Delta Colorado on the Western Slope Craigslist. Looks like an older unit, but says it has new interior and the price is not bad at $1,500. It's on a small Nissan:victory:
Not mine. It's on CO Western Slope Craigslist. Fits 78"x60" Toyota. They are asking $375. and is missing rear window. They were asking $275. the other day. :coffee:

Aluminess had a group buy deal for 05+ Tacoma's so I got in on that. Think it was a few hundred off. My total with shipping was right under $1,200. Money well spent and do not need suspension work to re-level truck

Thanks and I think they are top notch aswell. Now I just need to figure out some lights. Don't think the ones off the stock bumper are going to work since they seem to be mounted into plastic without a good bracket
