    Bilstien 6112 lift for 1st gen Tundra

    I also have 06 DC, limited so it has the TRD package, So replacing it is not an easy decision, so I am no changing for now. We'll see how it works fully stock during the summer trip to Alaska with canopy and RTT. Doing 6112 research I found the best information here...

    A picture of the final product, so far three nights of camping, it has worked great, way better that my other truck canopy and platform. And the fishing was even better.

    Thanks, that is the project for tonight, Just as you described, I'll be sewing velcro to the fabric and gorilla glue to the lid, after I remove 1 1/2 in of the existing felt so glue/velcro is directly to the fiberglass.
