My 500 is the same; if you step on it...you can see the gas meter drop. To be fair, my 100 series Landcruiser did something similar. Both vehicles did 12 mpg on their best days.

2mpg would be a minimum reduction. Bumpers and a winch alone would be 2 mpg.

So...US models have a speed limit sensor. Whenever you go over the posted speed limit, your car will beep at you continuously. Software update in development. Prepare to be annoyed...or follow the speed limit.

Sounds like local dealers in CA will be getting a Quartermaster and Wagen for demo/test drive this month. Orders are delivered in-line with deposit placed on build. Deliveries to customers in Q4 and Q1 2024.
