    Ford’s new 6.8L V8

I’ve seen a few tremors in my area. I would guess it’s close to a 10:1 ratio in favor of diesel. I will check Ford out for my next purchase. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Power Wagon vs F250 Tremor

3.73, my overall average was around 9-10 due to stop and go driving. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Power Wagon vs F250 Tremor

Interesting that the 7.3 gets that much better mileage than the hemi. I had a 6.4 for less than a year in a mega cab. I was lucky to hit 13-15 on the highway on stock pizza cutter tires. Average was closer to 9-10 like you were seeing. Both sound better than the 6.0 Chevy I had. Sent from my...

Anyone running a Chevy custom Trail Boss?

They are a Z71 packaged truck with the exception of different shocks/struts, rear springs and rear blocks. You can buy the trailer boss suspension kit through GM and add it to any 4 wheel drive truck. Honestly, if you plan on doing aftermarket struts/shocks, you might as well just save the money...

    Time to Replace Old Parts

Eibach also makes a pro kit (new struts and springs for the front, and shocks for the rear. Think they’ve also come out with a 2.0 coilover to compete with fox for those year models. I have the pro kit on my 2019. Springs are firmer than stock, but soak up bumps very well. Sent from my...

I really figured you would end up in a tremor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tex's 2019 GX460 build

Yeah, it’s definitely not the time to find a deal. Local dealership keeps offering to buy my truck. I just don’t think I would come out ahead by selling it now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tex's 2019 GX460 build

Ha. I found that I get bored around year 2 of having a vehicle. Sitting at 30K on my current truck, and will have had it for two years in August. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If they are 6 x 139.7 (6 x 5.5) they should fit as long as the hub size works. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2019 GMC Serria 1500 AT4 feedback

I have a 2019 Chevy Z71 (non-trail boss). These comments are spot on. The Facebook pages for the 2019+ Chevy/GMC trucks have some useful information, but there is a lot of junk to wade through. A couple of thoughts after owning mine for a little over a year. 1. The stock front springs/rebranded...

    2008 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab

Bilstein or Eibach. I’ve now had both. Had 5100s and then 5160s on a 2500. Both performed well, but I preferred the 5160s on that truck. Now I have a 2019 1500 with the eibach pro kit. It’s a night and day difference between these and the stock rancho branded junk. Sent from my iPhone using...

    2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71

On the 2019+ the issue is space between the rims and the upper ball joint. Seems like if you want to run a 12.5” wide tire, you need to change rims with a different offset, or run wheel spacers. I hear you on the gas tank. My truck has a 24 gal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71

I’m kind of curious as well. My 2019 has a 275/60R20 stock, which is around a 33x10.8. With the newer body style you can fit a narrow 34” tire with a leveling kit. I have the 5.3 and 8spd also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There was a build thread on Pirate where a guy built a TTB setup on a 2 door blazer or Tahoe if I’m remembering correctly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
