First shake down run trip was great , just a few more things to finish and I’m ready for some serious trips

Yes totally currently just doing a test fit once I’m happy with the layout il finished all the connections properly. Thanks for the heads up in any case .

Time for some electrical work

Getting ready for the solar panels . I went for 2 flexible panels to reduce height , I’ve attached them to some 8 mm Polly flute panel to allow some air flow for heat to escape . Total of 480W from 2 panels .

And God said “let there be light” and light there was !!!

Roof rack painted and fitted , weight came in at 63kg very solid .

Some more progress , awing has been fitted and started the roof rack also Secured the batteries.

I can reach out of the windows to unlatch the latches , plus I didn’t want anything that could fail that could stop me from closing the top in remote areas .

Time to fit it out !!

Camper went in the back today , took it for a test run mounting brackets held up great . Now time for a roof rack for kayaks .

So roof is fitted and all hatches glued and screwed with a little pressure wiring. Now to get it on the back and take it to Newcastle for the pop top skirt .

Ok some progress pics of the camper, roof will be glued on tomorrow and lifter spring fitted, hope to have it finished by November.

I'm planing to fit another Stratos . Most likely we will need to remove the seat for servicing .

Well today I fitted the Stratos seat Part SS904RH-927 . Took me about 1 hour that's including installing some sound/heat proofing under the seat . I took it for a drive and its a major difference , took me about 1/2 hour to get the right spring load setting adjusted but after that it was sorted...

G'day i have an NPS crew with singles , from the top of the tyre to the under side of the wheel arch i have close to 300mm . With all this flex it only came within 180mm of the tray , hope that helps. I guess you need to take into account the extra weight .

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has fitted a suspension seat to an NPS Crew Cab , though the ride is good id like to have something that would deal with more rough roads . I've searched the web and came up with Stratos 300LTSSS but i'm unsure they have a crew cab fitment model . Any help would...

I'm planing to fit a camper on the back , I'l start that build next year .

Today I put a big effort in and finished the body , just some odd jobs left , I'm quite happy with the result . floor and head board are 6mm checker plate the rest of the body is Steel .

Over hang is 60% of the 3395mm wheel base which is 2037mm , 200mm longer than the end of the chassis, total length of the tray is 3600mm which is 100mm short than the allowable length . Here's one done by ATW .
