I bought the switches here https://www.otrattw.net/ The panel is just some cheap aluminum panel with switches from Amazon. I purchased new switch covers for them (above link) and just replaced the up/down with a DPDT switch from the above link with new cover. Hope this helps. Shane

I used nylon washers for the bolts which go through the aluminum skeleton and attach into threaded nutserts in the frame and nylon strips to keep the skeleton from touching the frame. The frame is also etched primered and painted, so hopefully that will help as well. Nothing is ever 100%, but...

I currently use a ruggedized one from Tepui. I purchased it and 3 days later Smittybilt came out with one. Always my luck. The tepui one is a great product and really heavy duty, but would its gray and would much rather have the matching smittybilt one.

The weight is on the tent rails which are about 3 feet apart which are less than its 48" closed footprint. Overhang shouldn't be an issue as long as the mounting rails are on the rack. Shane

Rack is 1.25" aluminum with an 1/8" wall. The rack is 96x40. Made it so long because I was thinking of going with a larger tent originally. Hope this helps

Anyone have a picture of the new annex for the XL? Curious if it has a floor. I know the smaller version does not.

Do you have any closer pics to show where it's short and the hole you had to make? Is it the regular annex or the ruggedized? Not sure if there is a zipper difference or not btween the two. Needing an annex for mine. Looking at the Tepui and the CVT 72" wide versions. Thanks, Shane

Thanks for the pic of the roof opening. Just ordered mine this week. Had a discount code and got it for $980 for the XL version from a big 4x4 store. Of course it is on back order from Smittybilt with unknown ETA from Smittybilt. Cant wait.
