    1994 E250 dangerous brake pull

How are your front rotors? You may have one that is out of true or warped, causing an uneven application of pressure when you apply your brakes.

    Chevrolet Express Front Bumper

I keep checking with them. Nothing on the site, and I have emailed inquiries every few months, and always told they don't make one; Only the front bumpers are available. Should not be too hard to make something work from a different GMC model.

    Chevrolet Express Front Bumper

Nope on the rear. They apparently don't make one. The pics you provided must have been in the same vein you went with; different vehicle nodded to fit. Have any pics of your mounts? I would have gone your route as well, especially for the price.

Starting from scratch on a new build

What's your build budget? Planning to fab anything yourself or just bolt on? I don't think WeldTec has anything for the AWD vans, but they certainly have you covered with regards to rocksliders and bumpers. Everyone seems to be really happy with their build quality and service.

1500 express stabilitrak light stayed on

Have you cycled it through a couple starts? I have had the issue on my 3500 of anytime I have had to disconnect the battery, my service stabiltrak alarm and traction control alarm comes on. It usually takes three starting cycles of start van, let it run for 30 seconds, shutdown, repeat. Just...

    Aluminess nerf bars

Scab plate is a plate of metal that is welded onto the frame to allow a larger footprint to distribute the weight or force exerted on the sliders. Rather than having 1.5" steel tube welded directly the frame and distributing it over say a 7 sq in area, you would now spread that load over a 24-36...

    Aluminess nerf bars

Welded to the frame. Was initially going to do a bolt in affair, but the thought of spacers and doing 64 holes was a no go. Who wants to Swiss cheese their frame? Easier just to burn it in. And if the time comes to remove it, a sawzall comes to the rescue. Now, I know my setup is knowhere near...

    Suspension Lift Options 2000 Chevy 3500 8-lug

Despite the different size frames, the front suspension components should still be the same. Your van can utilize C3500 pickup components to achieve a front lift, assuming it is a 2000 3500 Express. Your generation of van shared front suspension components with C-body trucks - so that means...

Project Little Van - Daily Vanagon/Adventure Rig

Extended Express Full Length Nerf Bar Side Step

Luverne makes a stainless nerf bar, but she is pricey. Pushing almost $900. https://www.autoanything.com/nerf-bars/luverne-megastep-nerf-boards Cheaper than Aluminess. One thing I did like about the Luverne steps was their mounts. Rather than attach to the pinch weld or body sheet metal like...

Photos for reference for what I did on my build. If you are worried about how the aluminum compares to steel when actually used, I grabbed some screen shots. Fellow forum member who had installed Aluminess nerf bars. Ended up bending his.

The Gnarhauler: Another white cargo van.

Any worries of loss of air flow for cooling? I only ask because you have that LED light bar right in front of that air scoop/dam. I know E-Series vans benefit from opening up the front up as much as possible - Part of the reason the '08+ front ends are popular. Not a criticism, just curious...

    Aluminess nerf bars

Can always do some rock sliders. As long as you don't mind welding and painting yourself. I did mine at a 0* angle, 1/2" from the pinch weld. Wanted mine as more of step and a means of keeping wayward doors away. Not going full hard core offroad with it. Did some gussets and angled tubing to...
