It sure is a beautiful place. But like you said, lots of tourists go there and there are plenty of 2WD trucks with a dozen people in the bed going up and down that dirt road. It was fast and fun for me on the motorcycle.

Hey Vdeal, Nice to see that I'm not alone! The development costs will be around $700. And while I would benefit from the app, it's a little steep for me. If there were a significant interest I'd consider it. The other option is to crowd source it.
