I’m also 6’2”. It’s been SO much better than my first van which had nothing more than the stock roof which made sitting on the bed a challenge. That said, I believe inside height is around 5’11”. It’s a happy medium. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Price drop! $25k. Willing to hear offers. Curious for feedback re: pricing as my ad hasn't generated as much interested as I expected. Given the extras and the good case to be made for the vehicle's longevity after all the upgrades I assumed it was accurately priced.

I am sadly forced to sell my beloved van, the Ativan, due to a recent injury, subsequent trip in a LifeFlight helicopter, and hospital stay. It's impossible for me to overstate the difficulty of this decision, but I am looking forward to meeting the next person who this van will continue...

    6.0 Diesel Van Exhaust Options

Anyone have any resources for aftermarket exhaust for diesel Econoline vans? All I've been able to find hitherto is for 7.3s. Does anyone make a 4" or larger system for the 6.0 PSD? Surely I can't be the only one who's run into this problem. My googling has been quite unsuccessful, so I...

Testing the Waters-Interest in a 6" 2WD Lift Package for Econoline Vans (Comprehensive with Wheels and Tires).

I have an Action Van Suspension 6" lift on my 06 E350 van and am working toward completing a coil sprung 4x4 conversion. I would like to offload the entire 6" lift AND a total of five 8 lug 8X165 ProComp wheels. 4 of them have brand new 33" KO2s, the spare has a 33" MT tire mounted. I would be...

The Ati-Van, my type II ambo gnar-v build out.

Continuing the build... Thanks, @The Punisher! I should have explained sooner where I am at in the build. I've been recounting lots of the build in the first two posts and will continue to do so until we come up to the present day status of the build. I should be able to complete that task...

The Ati-Van, my type II ambo gnar-v build out.

Demolition, vent fan and solar installation. First in the demolition came out the ceiling. I needed to find out what I was working with in terms of wiring and I was certain of the fact that I wanted a much more cabin-like feel to the interior. The ambulance parts are too sterile for the "hygge"...

The Ati-Van, my type II ambo gnar-v build out.

In June of 2016 I set out from the East coast to the Southwest for work in a roughly built, shoddy 2003 AWD GMC Savana. She was rusted, ugly and high miles. Her name was Vangela and I loved her. Very unfortunately she succumbed to her rusted frame (which was far worse than I had known) and sold...

    Introducing O'Billy - our new Type-II Ambulance

Mike, those brackets are an absolute work of art! Are you an engineer? No way I could have come up with that on my own! My hope was that it was some sort of generic bracket that I would have been able to purchase and recreate a version of your bed. Instead I've moved on to a different design-but...

Ambulance Camper/ Expedition Rig Conversion FAQ

Isolator Hey y'all. Hoping for some info on isolators or battery switches. As previously mentioned in the thread I have a 2006 6.0PSD Type 2. I bought it after having been decommissioned and somewhere along the line someone tore out much of the stock electrical equipment, but I still have posts...
