That’s really discouraging to hear about the deal on the shell trailer. I think there’s a really good market for a basic overland trailer. I got excited when they originally announced it before the company’s sale. I saw the post about the 2 demo trailers and then now I see them on the website...

I had lots of conversations with the owner when they first teased the rear bumper. I was so excited for it. That never came out and I don’t think they are in business anymore based on the the lack of response. They haven’t posted on Instagram since 2019 as well.

I’ve long thought of using 80/20 for a frame vs all the welded frames you see. Good to see somebody doing it.

I am currently running 4" OME heavy springs front and year. I started out on a 2.5"teraflex lift. That moved to the same teraflex springs in therear with a 1" spacer as I started adding weight. My next step was the 3" teraflex outback springs, and a buddy convinced me to leave the 1" spacer...

Thanks, just life getting a little crazy. Two moves in the last two years, covid travel restrictions, new house projects. Excited to get back to exploring soon.

Tie downs. I use them for my awning. It’s held open with straps.
