Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Sounds like you don’t have enough processor and/or ram. I have a very average sams club laptop and it runs very fluid on it and my surface.

The cell service is to continually load the maps as you go. Without that you have to save the maps locally which can be expensive and take up massive space considering how much zoom you need. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you have cell service it will give you better cell service. They are nice for sure. If you are in an area with no service then there is nothing for it to boost. They are not magic. They are a convenience but I would never use it thinking you don’t need paper maps and /or maps stored locally...

Yea that’s going to be a substantial amp drop. I would consider stashing a secondary battery back there to help the winch survive. Low amps + cheap high amp draw winch motor + long pull = dead winch motor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

All you need is a throttle position sensor, tach signal and the US Shift software. No TV cable. The computer controller gables converter lockup and shifting. It works great in the 6.2 and 6.5 hmmwv’s. I am about to do it in my truck if it ever quits raining. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
