Close on location, I'm in Utah County. I did not do the work on the axle / hubs, but the previous owner did swap them out so they would be six lug, that way it would share the same tire size/wheel as a Toyota landcruiser. He also took this down to the frame and coated everything with POR15...

Yes, it is one of those Zodi Hot Vent II heaters. I use a bulk propane tank that sits underneath the trailer with the hose running to both inlets on the Hot Vent, the fan was ran off of a small AGM battery but will now be re-wired to my auxiliary battery on the truck through the trailer wiring...
