Depens what you looking to do with it. Have owned both the TDV6 and now the V6. I do get a little frustrated when I want to quickly excellerate, seems to be lacking a bit of torque comming out of the blocks as they say, but in general no issues. The diesel i.m.o had better torque, but then again...
