Thanks! Did a lot of research in the Google Library and used several YouTube videos. One of the most helpful was Four Wheel Camper’s Canvas Replacement.

Here are a few extra pics of the interior. Since it’s the first one, it’s a little rough around the edges. Upholstery was done by my wife and myself and isn’t even close to professional, but we wanted to get as close to finished as possible so we could get out to enjoy it.

Interior is pretty much the same as in the pics on thread - plan to keep it simple but all of the exposed honeycomb edge will be trimmed. There is a full-size bed in the pop-up section, a dinette seating area (approx 3' x 5.5') that doubles as an additional sleeping area for kids or shorter...

Gazelle and Cliffride are constructed using a mold and laid-up fiberglass - ends up being 1/3-1/4 the cost of a honeycomb composite construction, but also 1/3-1/4 heavier as well. In my opinion, honeycomb composite construction is superior given the weight savings. Do you think people would be...

Since having the camper finished and in use the past few months, I’ve have been flooded with questions and interest everywhere I go. I’ve gone back and forth, but think that bringing these to the market may be a worthwhile venture. The question/problem is the high expense in production...

3.6L only clicks to start sometimes.

My 2008 JK does that some times. I found out it was a sensor in the transmission that reads when the transmission was in park would not work some times. when it does it try moving the shifter from park to neutral to see if that works.

The panels came from a company called Carbon Core. My only complaint with the panels is that they came with a lot of imprefections in the gel coat which required extensive finish work to get everything smoothed out. I joined the panels together using West System Six 10 and West System epoxy...
