Post Van Parts For Sale Here please

^^^ totally agree. I miss all the forums I use to participate on. The amount of useful info still outweighs anything on fb, there’s just rarely any useful updates anymore :( that said, I ended up with a Fiamma F65s awning I can’t use. I believe it’s the 10.6 model. It measures right about 11’...

16" wheel for Sterling rear axle swap...

I didn’t have access to oem 16” wheels when I did mine, but the standard 16” alloy wheel you see on a lot of econolines woulldnt fit over the brakes on the 05 Sterling 10.5 I picked up. Had to go to a 17” wheel. regarding the front of your quigley. what axle are you running? I have the 03 f350...

    Econoline cat converter protection

Ok, hearing that scenario makes a lot more sense. First I’ve heard of the home alone tactics. Messed up crap. Sumbitches man, I swear. Sorry for your experience. Our van is diesel so it stinks either way, so can’t comment on if there’s stank or not.

    Econoline cat converter protection

Recent conversation on the smb forum that might help. https://www.sportsmobileforum.com/forums/f11/catalytic-converter-protection-29310.html ^^^ not the thread I thought it was. This isn’t it either, but I can’t seem to find the recent one that I thought had a few examples of what people are...

    Ambulance needs shocks

Haven’t seen much negative feedback about bilstein, but have zero first hand. Hopefully someone can pipe up with what’s worked good for them. might not hurt to reach out to weld tech either. They offer fox shocks for vans, but pretty sure the valving is just off the shelf. Haven’t heard anyone...

Pics of your VAN! Post up!

^^^ I’ve been using a similar rack setup for the 2 bikes we haul around. It’s about the best you can do if hauling 2 bikes (more options if you only need to carry one). The one thing I did was affix a turnbuckle from the rear tray to the bumper as an anti-rattle device on each side. Helped with...

    Ambulance needs shocks

Ramsey’s partner that worked at fox shocks when they developed the rip kit is who has run agile since he passed. He’s a smart cookie and has come up with even better valving for the heavy vans since taking over. I understand forgoing the econoline platform in favor of easier money but it’s...

    2000 Ford Excursion 7.3L - $19,000 (Boise)

posting for a customer of ours. i move it in and out of the shop daily and it is a really nice truck. im seriously surprised that our shop manager hasnt bought it as he is a 7.3 fan. only negative i see is the mileage, but anyone who knows these trucks knows that really isnt an issue when...

Pics of your VAN! Post up!

Loved those wheels. A-team van wheels! They were sold by a company called western and the model was called “cyclone”. Had a few sets of them myself. i’m curious who offers those newer ones as well.

    Calling all 7.3L E350 Owners!!

my wife cried as our toyota drove away. i loved it too, but we just outgrew it. we dont miss the lack of space or setting up a camp. only hassle at all when we camp now is getting leveled and that typically only takes 5-10 minutes with erics rocks. yes our van is a 7.3 ps. originally we bought...

    Calling all 7.3L E350 Owners!!

as long as you stay away from the Javier/crow conversions you see for sale you should be good 4x4 wise other than some of the older quigleys have had issues with the locating/control arms cracking. you don’t see a ton of info about them failing, but I have read where people find them cracked and...

    Quigley control arm alternatives?

Agile did at least one pair or replacements for someone, but never produced them for some reason. Any serious 4x4 shop should be able to make them for you but just the heim joints and tubing exceed what quigley is charging for their tubular replacement arms. The shop I work at will build me...

    Van penthouse idea

That made me curious. Didn’t dig deep but first article I found said they stopped publication in 2016. I don’t even remember where I found a pic. Just a stumble. There’s more pix of it out in webland, but no clue how to find them. Might have a couple saved on the work computer. I’ll post’em up...

    Van penthouse idea

apparently not. can’t even remember what terrible swear word I used that needed removed so people didn’t get offended. thought I said badask, but change the last letter to s instead of k. either way, all 3 were really cool conversions.

    Van penthouse idea

Seen it done on a few vehicles, 2 of which are members of this site. Abitibis ambulance, someone in the “other” vehicles thread did it with a trooper, and I’ve seen one on a custom flatbed chevy van. All 3 were ************ in their own way.

Can either E-series or Chev vans have dual swivel seats and 4x4?

I’ve got swivels on both front seats in my 03 e350 quigley. Quite a few e350 owners do, but you can’t have a drivers seat swivel and the power seat together. Not sure why as it doesn’t pertain to me, but I’ve seen quite a few conversations mentioning it’s not possible.

SpecE450 - Red Cross ERV turned Racecar Tow Rig

Hillclimbs aren’t for everyone. Can’t go 100% and some people have a hard time dialing it back. My wife being one of those people. Long story short, she did snowboard tricks in our car (360 nose tap to tail tap) and now has a corner named after her. Having things named after you in racing is...

SpecE450 - Red Cross ERV turned Racecar Tow Rig

Too cool! E36’s are some of the best handling cars out there and I love that you have a sedan. we initially bought our van as a tow rig for our racecars so we could participate in hillclimbs and lapping days out of town. Idaho isn’t a very motor sport friendly area. Wife and I raced together...
