It was a Canadian truck and I bought it in NY with US title and plates. Has been on US roads for 3 years and has additionally made the Canada crossing twice (customs) with no issues. I did nothing to exempt the truck as I did not import it.

That's a relative question so hard to answer. Keep in mind that it is a 2.4Turbo. 65-70MPH is not a stretch at about 2600 RPM. struggles to reach 70 with a 16' enclosed trailer. Ozzie
