I installed a set of Yakima 60" Tracks with CapNuts. I drilled out the tracks to match lift mechanism bolts then drilled holes in the top. I took my time, the hardest part was sinking that first hole through the top.

I bought my J30 used, when I did the installed that's where I tucked it away. But you can also tuck it into the roll bar cover.

Here’s a couple pictures of the harness connector. If memory serves, the red went to positive on the battery, black went to ground, white went to the third brake light. I tucked the connector and extra wire into the B pillar.
