I don’t believe there is a switch - on my TC650 you need to light the hot water heater from the outside access panel. Make sure that you have the propane on and the valve to let water into the hot water tank is open so that it is full of water.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a waterproof LED light with a switch for the outside of my pop up camper? My Northstar has the light below installed, and they work really well (bright), but they are not waterproof and keep allowing water in near the switch which winds up frying the light...

i don't have a tc650 with brake lights/blinkers, but i did have issues with my running lights. the bulbs would come loose and would cause them all to go out. you may want to check the bulb first before removing the camper (not sure if this is possible). i did upgrade my running lights to LED...

you should be fine - i store a few things on my northstar tc650 roof in a yakima box. i would say it is about 50-60 pounds. i usually remove the items before cranking up the roof, but have popped it up with the weight on the roof before.

The swift looks awesome - but it doesn't look like the legs are long enough if this is mounted on a roof rack or the side of the roof. I would love to get one of these...

Thanks for the suggestions - I had a few loose bulbs and an open circuit. Everything seems good now, but I could see these bulbs falling out very easily again - especially on a forest road.

My running lights (yellow and red lights along the roof) are not working. Well 2 of them are, the 2 red ones on the rear of the driver side, but everything else is out. Anyone else deal with a problem like this? I checked the fuses in the camper as well as the connection to my truck, and...

Wow, nice setup. Those flatbeds have really nice floorplans, but they are a bit pricer than a standard popup.
