Finally!! Direct bolt 1 piece aluminum 20x10 super singles F450/F550

Hi Justin, i'm favoring the 38" Nitto's on my 08 450, do you have any info on the black one in the photo's? Does it just have the flares or is there a lift as well? Do you know if they can fit with the stock flares with no lift and some trimming? Thank you for your time.

Hey Justin, these look great. I personally do not run spares, are you sticking to the 5 wheel minimum?

    Destination Unknown - a 1997 F350 build

Handles great, I swapped a Superduty rear end in for disk brakes and re-drilled the bolt patter to 8x6.5 as well as converted to brakes which made a huge difference, I also retained both sway bars.

    Destination Unknown - a 1997 F350 build

I was in the same boat you are, I opted for building a flatbed and using a rooftop tent but I could just as easily put a slide in on it or remove the outer boxes and get a flatbed camper.

    Destination Unknown - a 1997 F350 build

Mine Weighs in at 11k when loaded for the hills. I built my own airbag mounts with the bag cups to keep from hindering flex, plumbed them separate and replaced my license plate bolts with the schrader valves.

    Argosy 4X4 Duramax conversion

When talking about the body on frame flexing situation. What if you used 4 of those semi truck cab shocks under it and make the front rigid? That would give it a little bit of travel and give maybe? Personally I like the 3 point pivot design but each to their own.

    Destination Unknown - a 1997 F350 build

I have a 93 cclb, when I built my sliders I used a big section of angle from a semi frame I stripped and double framed the entire thing from front shackle to rear spring hanger then welded my sliders to that. Stiffened the frame up nicely. Then I did a 3 point mount on the flatbed.

Closeout Sale Of Remaining JAMES BAROUD Classic Models

Hi Kevin, I know this is old but I think it's sucks no one has praise you for your setup. It's very clever for the minimalist and addresses the bad weather inconvenience with entering and exiting your hard shell tent. Also provides security for items in the bed and the tents mounting points. I...

OBS FORD 350 PSD FWC FB Hawk build

Great Job on the Flatbed, I like the side skirts you made, I presume they are for aesthetics only or is there a more purposeful function? I look forward to seeing it loaded up so it will give me a better idea of what mine might look like.

Suspension Help for RAM 3500 - Remote reservoir or simple HD shocks

I'm going to go with Fox 2.0 resi's with CTD (I think that's the acronym) so I can adjust the compression and rebound. I am in a similar boat as you, slow crawling around in Goliath and some medium speed washboard roads for many many miles. The resi gives me more stroke with the modified...

    arb fridge temperature swings

I called ARB on the same issue with mine right out of the box. It was explained that it was normal and more obvious when the fridge is empty since there is nothing to retain the cold. The fridges cycle on and off the way you described to maintain an average temp, not exact.

Introducing Goliath, Purpose built OBS F-350

I made a cross member across the top of the frame utilizing the original bumper bolt holes and an additional two up top. Then I used a 2.5" poly bushing with 1/4" flat bar to mount it. 1 3/4" grade 8 bolt in the rear and 4 up front hold the bed to the framing. The bolts have a 20k lbs sheer so...

Hi Guys, A hugely successful trip, only mechanical problems were the AC pump seizing, front right caliper hung after Moab (picture) and smoked my rotor coming down glacier, my shocks are officially toast also thanks to Moab , and I now need a new windshield due to a rock the size of a grape...

The rear view mirror is HERE It was pretty straight forward, the wires are a pathetic gauge but copper at least and it makes hiding the wires easier. The inverter is HERE and was a wedding gift from a buddy who pulled it out of a class 8 lease return. It is pretty nice, I like the shore power...

Yeah we were the only one's on the mountain all weekend, we had three vehicles come out for the view and were gone in 15 min or so but that was it. And yes I was surprised that the short list I had was it. I am really looking forward to the main event.
