I have Joined the Dark Side

If I had known how much fun it would be It would have happened way sooner. I had a 1966 Cj5 that I thought was fun, then I traded it for a 1982 Toyota Pickup and flat bed. The best part is the Built Chevy 350 that is crammed into it! Looking very much forward to ripping this bad lil truck...

My 1966 Cj5a Tuxedo Park Mark IV has been the most fun toy I have ever had. It has a Buick V6, 3 speed and an 81 inch wheelbase. It also has Mustang Taillights, and this custom fiberglass hard top.

You guys, this thread is awesome, keep the adventure rollin! I Went deep into the wilderness to enjoy some solitude and great Fly Fishing, the Gros Ventre Wilderness does not suck. 82 miles round trip from Jackson Hole, way down a dirt road is a lake stocked by the Forrest Service.

My Toy Box, 1998 16' Ford box van that has been to Alaska and back. You can get yourself an "real" toy hauler for a ton of cash, or a Craigslist $1200 box van, some beer, and hit the trail.

Thank you! This is exactly what I'd like to be the theme of this thread, good affordable rigs that get us out to the places we enjoy with the people we enjoy enough to let help push us out of the mud.

A fridge is twice the price of a Yeti, even weighs more, and I would never take a fridge on a Cataraft down the river. Also not Bear proof. I could think of more but it's Monday evening and only had 1 beer so far.

Is that beacon like Canadian Bacon? Yeti's are the highest theft item in Florida, another reason not to go there!

Thank you for getting it! I got out today and got dirty, 82 miles of muddy Forrest Service from my house I found a lake to have all to my self and buddy. We found a bunch of Cutty's:

I don't think you guys get what a Yeti is, for what 2 ****ty Coleman coolers cost, you are into a Yeti. Can a Coleman get 21 days down the grand canyon and still have frozen stakes left for dinner? still have ice from last weekend including fishing 8 hours in the sun on the river? Oh and it is...

I have a problem, I know... Let me start there, I currently own three vehicles and a Yamaha DT175. None are new, but all serve their purpose. My newest to me is a 1997 Chevy Tahoe I snagged up for $1300 plus $900 in Tires. I fold rear seat down, toss the Yetti 65, fly rod, sleeping bag and pad...
