Mighty Max (pickup) Expedition/Utility/Rally Support Trailer Build.

I know its cool to fab but its only 12 bucks at your local home depot. BTW, great build for a utility trailer.

How Important Is Ramp Travel Index (RTI)?

Lockers are the way to go for sure. Keeping the tires on the trail helps too. But on a side note, a winch is also needed. It's not fun digging for hours to get a locked vehicle unstuck. Just my .02.

2000 Frontier (Supercharged) Build and Adventures - Babe the Blue Ox

Nicely done. It looks pretty stout as well. Item noted, is you have a shelf to hold mud so keep an eye on that.

2000 Frontier (Supercharged) Build and Adventures - Babe the Blue Ox

Do you loose a lot of wrenches? Leaving them on the shackles is a good way to do that. lol The shock didn't really look broke, but more like it unthreaded itself. Don't understand how but schtuff happens. How do you like the Bilstein ride?

    Let's talk lifts (2013 Tacoma)

I know I comparing apples to oranges. I had an 89 Xcab Toy 4x4 that was stock with 32s and I took that truck everywhere. IMO, I would save the money and spend it on overland gear and recovery gear. Hi-lift jack and/or winch will save your butt many times over. I'm not to sure which trucks...

    ADD winch plate setup.

Its not a Mitsu but I used 2" angle iron from the frame (where tow hook bolts too) and bumper brackets for mine.

    01 montero tail light issue

Have done any work on the vehicle where you may have shifted the wire harness around? Grinding? Remove/reinstall? Drilling? Etc. How are the grounds for the light with the issue.

    ARB air lockers???

I have ARBs front and rear. Well worth the money IMO. Most of the time I run open/open until I get to a tricky spot and lock the rear before attempting it. I've wired the front to use individually as well for the rare occasion of a front dig. Key note: having a locker in the front axle...
