At my shop, we can relocate the cameras to work as stock, relocate or delete the rear parking sensors, but the BLIS isn't really salvageable. We always just delete/disable it with ForeScan.

I don't think the chassis cab rigs, that OEV installs the chassis-mounted campers on, have that stuff, as they don't even come with beds/bumpers.
