    What are you using for a coffee maker and coffee brand when camping/overlanding?

    I'm the biggest coffee snob .....at home. When in the backcountry it's instant. Usually Starbucks (which I detest) because it's better than most. I like to shoot and move. I'm also an afternoon coffee guy. It's so easy just to heat water and pour while on the trail.

    Thanks! I agree. I'll definetly use power pole connections as the radio is used as a base station as well as a mobile unit. My son's HS lacrosse season is starting so I'll use it more frequently on road trips.

    Thanks! I have not totally given up on the direct route to the battery. But during my brief look over of the engine compartment the firewall looked arduous(very). Then I realized the power lead in the rear fuse box. My radio will be fused and filtered but I'm concerned about the power draw...
