Fuuuuuuuuuuuu... o_Oo_O I can't believe how bad that was. You'd expect the chassis and cab to be dust with rear drums that corroded. In the firing line from the grit I suppose. I still think it's gorgeous. Drop it off at mine when you're done. ;)

Once minor comment; I've had issues storing them on their side with fuel in once they've been used a bit, because of capillary action on the cap. I keep mine upright now, less aggro and latch better. Might not matter if they're in better condition than mine though!!! Nice fab though, very clean...

Why not fab your own on each rear corner, drop down on a pivot with a pinch bolt for height adjustment? Like a simple version of the (proven) Sankey set up. As for your welding of the axle, if it's a good weld then its fine. Standard road axles are welded in the centre either side of the diff...
