    For your walls, I would recommend looking into some HDPE, great to work with, very solid, you can get it in colors and UV stable.

    LOL Don't know if I would go that far just yet! I will admit that it made for an easy install. While I love welding, and I could easily have done the sides in 14 ga or whatever the weight savings far out weighed everything else.

    HDPE has held up great, not enough expansion or contraction to even notice, I don't think the pieces are big enough to really be affected by it.

    Yep, actuators work like a charm. Took it hunting this year as well. The Odin Designs tent did great, even under 4-6" of snow load.
