I just replaced the tyres on mine and there wasn't much choice here in Aus. Ended up with 7.50R16 Blacklion tyres, the rolling diameter and load rating both greater than the previous Dunlop tyres. Mine is 4300kg (9460lb) rear axle so that limited the choices also.

Mitsubishi T25/TD05 flange is different to Standard T25 flange, a quick google should bring up the actual dimensions and bolt pattern.

Yep the gauze is in the one as PK mentioned and also in the top right hand one with the other pipe also. The one you have undone is prone to leak so check it after you tighten it all back up. Id be emptying a tonne more degreaser on all of that before undoing anything further too.

Talking to myself here but found the problem is the fuel pickup in the tank itself. Bypassed the pickup in the tank by putting a fuel line straight in to the tank via the filler neck and there are no air bubbles at all so now I have to find where the air is entering.

Replaced the lift pump primer and it made no difference to the amount of air in the lines. Back to the drawing board

Finally got a chance to check things further, have today fitted clear fuel lines and as expected there is air in the lines both feed and return. I can see some wetness all around the lift pump area so I have cleaned it all up to try and determine where it is coming from. In the mean time I...

RFS bloke told me the reason they changed to Isuzu was the Fuso model had no low range available at the time they started updating vehicles. I'm not up to date on what model that was but that was his info.

Does anyone know if it should have a high idle on cold start? It starts up right away without the engine even needing to do a rotation and idles at ~900 rpm from stone cold even with the current temp of 0-2 degrees celsius here at the moment. TIA

Its winter here unkamonkey, the sky should be the boost limit :) I believe it should hit 15-16psi then the pop off valve on the intake manifold will open. The wastegate is closed and i am running no hose to it Ive driven with the air box removed, next chance i get to work on it i might just...

I believe 10psi is standard boost for this model. If i was on vacation i probably wouldnt worry either :lol: but im trying to set land speed records up hill with a load on :)
