Pi, EGT, AFR, Boost, Temp - Digital dash build

No my NPR is swapped over to a 12v cummins so it has no ecu. The sensors are all individual aftermarket sensors that are pretty common. I understand the price issue in Australia. That's too bad. Adding additional sensors is an option too. Leave the OBD2 stuff alone and add sensors to feed your dash.

Pi, EGT, AFR, Boost, Temp - Digital dash build

You might consider using an available digital dash from Holley. https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/fuel_injection/gauges_and_displays/lcd_displays/parts/553-116 I use one in my NPR build and it couldn't be more simple. You can read pretty much any sensor, log data, customize the...

Unless it just doesn't fit inside somewhere, it's probably easier to put it inside.

NPR 4wd conversion and camper build thread.

Admittedly I have minimal time with it so far as the build isn’t complete but I’m not sure I understand your question. Did you mean it seems like nobody does it that way? My goal has always been to keep the overall height to a minimum and to have at least 37” tires. Also the width of my box is...

    DIY Super Singles

Nice project. I’m doing something similar. I was considering using the same wheels as you but I think 18” is more ideal for me. I’m currently working on a set using Hey wheel 18” two piece wheels.

I just thought there was more to your thoughts. It didn’t seem like you finished what you were saying and I’m not sure why you even said anything.

    Burying gray water?

Well.... there's definitely a reason we can't just dump whatever, wherever. Dumping too much of just about anything somewhere can be bad. They didn't just decide to regulate and fine people for no reason.

    Paint Recommendations?

Monstaliner texture comes from the roller. I suppose you could roll in on smooth but I would check with them first.

    Paint Recommendations?

I use Monstaliner. Lots of colors and it’s a high quality product. Extremely tough and hard to scratch plus the texture looks great imo. Typically you apply it and that’s it. Unless you make heavy contact with something you probably won’t ever have to touch it up

Bigger torch. A little propane torch can’t provide enough heat. Next time use plenty of antiseize on assembly

Air Locker for a Diesel MT45 Panel Van Camper?

No I don’t believe he is. “Appreciate any thoughts on air lockers and load range G+ tires for for a 2WD 14,000lb gvwr van.”

Air Locker for a Diesel MT45 Panel Van Camper?

Aren’t we talking about a 2wd truck though?

Air Locker for a Diesel MT45 Panel Van Camper?

There would be downsides to a locker in a truck like that. I'd run a true trac. You mentioned snow and if you were locked up in snow and went around a turn that could cause oversteer when the rear slides or understeer when the front pushes.

Unwanted rear sag - Towing Teardrop with 4th Gen 4Runner

If you like the ride and behavior without the trailer and gear then airbags would be the best solution. Easy install and it will give you the ability to change the pressure based on what you're hauling.
