Theory... 2001 E350 brake upgrade to 2008 front rotors and calipers?

I upgraded the brakes and related suspension parts on my 98 E250 Sportsmobile to the 2008+ front end. Best upgrade I did to that van! You also get the newer style front sway bar with end links, etc. Basically a bolt-on. IIRC I needed longer brake lines, and I forget what we did about the ABS...

    2007 Ford E350, 4x4, V10, Hightop, 57k miles

Not too bad a price with a low mileage V10, 4x4, high top, and partially finished interior with secondary electrical system. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm stumped on this E-250 fails to start.

Did you replace the starter solenoid that’s under the hood near the passenger-side fender? That commonly fails and will show those symptoms. Easy and cheap to replace. I carry a spare in my van after having it fail on me 12 hours from home in the NH mountains in my previous van. Sent from my...

    UJOR Build Thread

WANTED: Take-off lift kit to fit 2008+ E-series (I have a 2011 E250 Sportsmobile EB van). Are you getting your already-lifted van converted to 4x4 by UJoint? If so, and you want to sell your take-off lift parts (Camburg, Weldtec), give me a shout. I'm on the East Coast (PA) but can roadtrip to...

Slide-in fiberglass stand-up shell with electric and AC in Philly area $100

NOT MINE: Saw on FB Marketplace and seemed like it would be a great score for a homebuild at $100. No relationship to post. Fiberglass slide in pickup shell that you can stand in and is wired for electricity. If I had a pickup I’d buy it! Located near Philadelphia, PA...

2009 E250 Family Adventure Van Build - Stella

Build is coming along nicely! Looks like you are located in my general area... I’m guessing that Revel van was up at Fretz RV? And yes, French Creek has way too many (sharp) rocks for my taste when biking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Post 08 I-Beam/control arm upgrade

I swapped my 98 e250 front suspension/brakes to a 2012 setup. Totally bolt-on. Pretty sure I reused the ABS sensors. Needed longer brake lines. If you are near a shop that does van 4x4 conversions check with them as they usually have full take-offs. I got mine from Quigley back in 2012 for like...

Considering a low-roof van option- any examples?

You could add a pop-top (Sportsmobile or CCV) and have the best of both worlds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

2009 E250 Family Adventure Van Build - Stella

Harry’s U-Pull-It in Pennsburg usually has a good selection of Econolines in the yard and is my go-to place for used parts. Looks like they only have a few in stock right now, though, and all older. https://www.wegotused.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

2003 E450 Quigley - Wheeled Coach - Where to start with the electrical - HELP!!

With #3, pretty sure that’s just an indicator light to show when 4x4 is engaged, not an on/off button. Quigley installed that on all their conversions that I’ve seen. Looks like there is an actual switch underneath that, but it’s likely for something else. Not sure how an ambo would be set up...
